Photocopy of drivers licence to be put in yellow folder for filing and kept in office.
Credit card slips, once payment has gone through bank account credit card slips are held off site and shredded once confirmation the payment has been received into our account.
Any name, addresses, email address or contact numbers of customers to be held in personal files, within filing cabinet kept in the office, or in filing tray.
If job cards are required in the day they will be used by authorised personnel within the workshop or kept under the counter within the stores area or in the office.
Website usage information is collected using cookies. A cookie is a small text file placed on your computer or device to collect information on your use of our website and to compile statistical reports on website activity.
The cookies we use are for Google Analytics which should be aggregated or statistical, and means that we will not be able to identify you individually.
